For the past few days, the news that set ablaze the whole social media was of Pakistani pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi and the daughter of legend Pakistani all-rounder, Shahid Afridi, getting engaged. The news that started as a rumor a few days ago has now been confirmed on Twitter by both families. Shahid Afridi AKA Lala tweeted and confirmed that the family of Shaheen Shah Afridi has approached his family for the hand of his eldest daughter Aqsa Afridi. He said both the families are in contact but matches are made in heaven.
He said this match will be made too if Allah wills. Lala also prayed for the continuous success, on and off the field both, of Shaheen Afridi. Pakistani pace Shaheen Shah Afridi on the other hand thanked Lala for his prayers and blessings. It has not yet been confirmed whether Lala has agreed to this proposal or not. But still, there is news that Lala and his family are waiting for Aqsa to finish her education first, and then in a couple of years, maybe, both Aqsa and Shaheen might get engaged.
