PakVac is a single-dose anti-COVID vaccine that was produced from a mixture of a few certain ingredients and the raw material imported from CanSino, China. According to NIH, the first batch of the vaccine was produced after getting expert technical assistance from China, but the second tranche of this vaccine was completely produced by the Pakistani team. Currently, NIH has the capacity of manufacturing 50,000 doses in a day but is striving to increase it to 100,000 in a day, starting from the next month.
