Description: Sakina (Hadiqa Kiani) is a housewife who faces domestic abuse at the hands of her husband. She, along with her daughter Ameera (Iqra Aziz), leaves her house to take refuge at the home of her first lover Maqsood (Noman Ejaz). Maqsood’s wife Hajra (Sania Saeed) and daughter Insha (Faryal Mehmood) are well aware of the fascinating and tragic love story of Maqsood and Sakina. Hajra accepts Sakina and her daughter with open arms whereas Insha shows some resistance as she deems it injustice to Hajra. Maqsood is pressurized by his relatives to marry Sakina to avenge the murder of his younger brother at the hands of Sakina’s brother decades back.
