The New Zealanders or the Black Caps are expected to visit Pakistan in September-October 2021 just ahead of ICC Men’s T20 World Cup for a One-day cricket match series. The New Zealand cricket team would be visiting Pakistan for the first time after 18 years.
Mr. David White, who is the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Cricket Board, said in a recent interview that if they are satisfied with all the security arrangements only then the national squad will visit Pakistan. He also mentioned that the New Zealand authorities are already in contact with the Pakistani security agencies and the PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board).
This one-day cricket series will help both the cricketing sides to sharpen their skills before the mega event that will be played in UAE in October 2021. England cricket team is also expected to visit Pakistan in October for a T20 series before the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021.
