The legendary Pakistani comedian Umer Sharif, in a video message, has requested Prime Minister Imran Khan to support him for his medical treatment abroad. Umer Sharif gave an interview to a local news channel where it was disclosed that he has been admitted to the hospital due to an undisclosed illness.
According to the spokesperson to Prime Minister Imran Khan, Shahbaz Gill, the video message was aired on Thursday, and since then, the Premiere has taken notice of Umer Sharif’s request. The famous TV host, Waseem Badami also tweeted this video by Umer Sharif. Waseem Badami clarified that Umar Sherif does not need financial aid, but needs the governments’ support for travelling abroad to either the USA, Germany, or Saudi Arabia, as there are restrictions imposed on travelling abroad, as per the doctor’s recommendations.
